Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Kaolin Clay, Menthol Crystals (Menthol), Skin Safe Fragrance Oil, Isopropyl Alcohol 91%, Polysorbate 80, Skin Safe Colorants.
Place shower steamer on the shower floor, just outside of the direct stream of water. A small amount of water is required to begin the release of the therapeutic essential oil blends, however, do not submerge them underwater as they will activate and melt away.

Directions: Place on a shower shelf near your head, or on the floor of the shower, away from drain and direct water pressure. Allow a small amount of water to hit the steamer and breathe in as the scent is released.
WARNING: This is NOT a bath bomb. This shower steamer contains a high concentration of Fragrance and/or Essential Oils and should be handled with care. Do not soak in a bathtub with a shower steamer.
